The Legacy Coach Clients Finish First and Second in the 2011 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series Funny Car Championship.

All clients of The Legacy Coach in the 2011 season, Hagan, Beckman and Wendland won championships, set world records, achieved personal bests, had lower reaction times than all other competitors in their class and turned the NHRA upside down with immediate success upon becoming a 1st time Crew Chief. Congratulations to these three outstanding Racers for their achievements in 2011!

"I definitely came into the race day better prepared mentally," said Hagan. "I fully believe when I came in there, thanks to him (Garwood), I was focused and where I needed to be. There were times when Scott would come into my tow vehicle and just really help me to clear the thoughts in my mind and purely focus on the task at hand."

“I just feel like everything is lined up and feels exactly as it should be, as I am now pro-active rather than re-active in the car,” said Beckman. “It’s almost like I’m driving in slow motion and can anticipate what is going to happen before it happens.”

Wendland attributes his turnaround to working with Scott Garwood this year. "We went from not qualifying for races," says Wendland, "to being the guy that showed up and other teams said, 'I hope I don't have to run them.” …and ““The impact on my success by working with Scott was an 80% margin. If you have the ability but not the confidence to trust yourself, you’ll never succeed at being your best. Go with your gut and not second guess.”
